So what did the Commander in Chief do with the knowledge that the United States was under attack?
He did nothing.
Bush did not say one word. He did not ask Card any questions. He did not give any orders. He did not know who (or which country) was attacking, whether there would be more attacks, what military plans had been taken, what military actions should be taken—indeed, he knew virtually nothing about what was going on outside the room. He just sat there. Bush later recalled: “There was no time for discussion or anything.” [Fighting Back: The War on Terrorism—From Inside the Bush White House, by Bill Sammon, 10/02, pp. 83-84] Even stranger, as one newspaper put it, although the nation was under terrorist attack, “for some reason, Secret Service agents [did] not bustle him away.” [Globe and Mail, 9/12/01]
Military pilots must have “permission from the White House because only the president has the authority to order a civilian aircraft shot down.” [CNN, 10/26/99] But if retaliatory strikes needed to the authorized, Bush was not available. If one of the planes had to be shot down to save more lives on the ground, Bush was not available. Although several fighters had been dispatched to defend New York City, the pilot of one of the planes flying to catch Flight 175 later noted that it wouldn’t have mattered if he caught up with it, because only Bush could order a shootdown, and Bush could not be reached in the classroom. The first details about former President George W. Bush’s new book have begun to leak out.
According to a report at Matt Drudge’s website, The Drudge Report, the new book Decision Points talks about topics including alcoholism, his order to shoot down planes on 9/11, Katrina and the financial crisis.
According to Drudge, the book begins, “It was a simple question, ‘Can you remember the last day you didn’t have a drink?’”
The book also discusses the events of Sept. 11, 2001. That morning, Bush says he made the order to shoot down hijacked planes.
At 10:03 a.m. on Sept. 11, 2001, United Flight 93 slammed into an empty field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Most believe it was brought down when passengers tried to overtake the hijackers.
To many the name Kevin Bracken is a new one in regards 9/11 Truth. This article is more than a couple of years old. It was sent to me via my father, who see’s it as a good article because it is short and to the point. In the end, the article is right on in many ways. It does forget about a few other responsible people, namely us. The three braches of government are supposed to check and balance each other, but when this fails, the fourth brach must step in: That is us .We “elect” the officials, we pay the taxes, and we buy the stocks. One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president and nine Supreme Court justices – 545 human beings out of the 235 million – are directly, legally, morally and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.
I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered but private central bank.

It has come to my attention that America as a nation involves itself in a multitude of issues all over the world. I do understand that our Nation needs to be protected, but at what cost and from what or whom? I would ask you to please look around and perhaps visit some areas in our own county that are at war. We are fighting a war against poverty, against racism, against global warming, against the control of corporations and their lobbying power and in my opinion the biggest battle we are fighting is the one within our own government. I wonder what it would take for our congress to actually listen and follow the wishes of the people who put them in office. I wonder what it would take to have a President that the people actually voted in. What would it take for our President to be the people’s President and not answer to corporate America or to the “fat cats” who have run our country far to long?
You are willing to spend 1 million dollars per solider under the façade that you are protecting us of terrorist, the terrorist I fear are here in the United States. Why won’t you look into 9/11 or have an unbiased committee assigned to finding out the real truth. Why won’t you visit Compton, Watts or Harlem where a million dollars per person would provide education, health care, jobs and a way for these young men and women to make a life for themselves and their families? Money is needed to break the cycle of despair in these areas. Is Osama bin Laden and the Taliban more important?
I guess the most important question I have for you is why won’t you tell the truth? I feel that we have not heard the truth about 9/11, also the deaths of John and Robert Kennedy, the election of George W Bush, and what really did happen to put our nation in recession? These are just a few examples; I have no doubt that there are so many more cover ups and lies that are of major importance that the people of this nation have never hear about. I ask you to do the right thing, by giving this county back to the people and allowing us to make educated, informed decisions about our future. Decisions that are based on fact and truth. I ask you to be the first President in a very long time (if ever) that has the courage to simply tell us the truth.
Today is the official Presidential Turkey Pardon Day for 2009, your very first since taking office. I understand you are planning to fly your pardoned bird(s) First Class to California, where they will live at Big Thunder Ranch at Disneyland. How lucky are these birds, how kind of you to value their lives and freedom, and how generous of you to release them.
Mr. President, there are many innocent human beings who have been caged for over six years, under deplorable conditions, including torture – despite being innocent and having done nothing wrong. While listening to a recent interview between Alex Jones and Charlie Sheen, I heard Sheen bemoan the surprising lack of support he had received from the entertainment community (specifically from those who are, at least in private, critical of the government’s explanation for 9/11) while taking heavy fire from the media in response to his “20 Minutes With The President” initiative. Well, Charlie, you have a witness. I stand in absolute support and solidarity with your request on behalf of the victim’s family members, and in the names of those we lost on 9/11 and those who have been murdered in its aftermath, for you to be granted 20 minutes to present your 20 questions to President Obama. It thus bears repeating (from my previous essay):
Former Italian President Francesco Cossiga, who revealed the existence of Operation Gladio, has told Italy’s oldest and most widely read newspaper that the 9-11 terrorist attacks were run by the CIA and Mossad, and that this was common knowledge among global intelligence agencies. In what translates awkwardly into English, Cossiga told the newspaper Corriere della Sera:
“All the [intelligence services] of America and Europeknow well that the disastrous attack has been planned and realized from the Mossad, with the aid of the Zionist world in order to put under accusation the Arabic countries and in order to induce the western powers to take part in Iraq [and] Afghanistan.”
Cossiga was elected president of the Italian Senate in July 1983 before winning a landslide election to become president of the country in 1985, and he remained until 1992.
Charlie Sheen has blasted the cowardly corporate media response to his “20 Minutes With The President” letter, slamming the press as “hopeless lap-dogs” for failing to address a single one of his 20 bullet points on 9/11 while ignoring completely his challenge to publicly debate 9/11 truth debunkers.
Sheen’s open letter to the President, which took the form of a fictionalized account of a meeting between the two in which Sheen grills Obama about the unanswered questions surrounding 9/11, received widespread media coverage and was featured in thousands of newspaper stories, online articles and TV segments. Awareness of the subject only increased after the subsequent release of a You Tube video in which Sheen personally appeals to the President to answer the questions.
UPDATE #3: (And hopefully the last!) The interview posted from Charlie Sheen entitled “Twenty minutes with the President” was taken by many people as real at first. The author’s note mentioning that the interview had not actually happened was at the very bottom; but was it there the whole time? According to a rumor circulating in emails that the authors note was not there in the morning, I made a call to remove the interview. I do not have a way to confirm that rumor and I suspect that many people missed the author’s note. So in short, I don’t know what exactly happened! Having to rush out for other actions I took the interview down until I could recieve better information. With that said I’ll sum it all up:

Tony Blair was George Bush’s best buddy in the war of terror. In fact the Downing Street memo’s confirmed the position of a war criminal for Mr. Blair and others. This is not good news for any peace loving folk’s out there like you and I. Imagine if after the last 8 years Bush became head of the UN, or worse, Cheney becoming President of the U.S.! Or if Obama, messiah of hope, continued the fraudulent war of terror and occupations, er… wait…Damn -ed
The intervention came after Baroness Kinnock embarrassed Gordon Brown by admitting that the Government wants Mr Blair to take up the newly created role.
The position will come into force if the Lisbon Treaty is ratified across Europe. It is expected to carry a salary and perks package worth at least £200,000 a year.
The admission came as a close ally of Mr Blair told The Daily Telegraph that the former Prime Minister is set on landing the position which would wield considerable power and influence.
Baroness Kinnock, who was the controversial choice for Europe Minister in Mr Brown’s recent reshuffle, revealed Mr Blair was being supported for what will be a new position that comes into force if the Lisbon Treaty is finally ratified across the continent.
She said: “The UK government is supporting Tony Blair’s candidature for president of the council.
“I am not saying there has been any formal confirmation or statement from Tony but it is certainly is the government’s position. I am sure they would not do it without asking him.”
Downing Street was then forced to admit that they would back Mr Blair.
