In the ten years since the World Trade Organization (WTO) protests in Seattle, global opposition to free trade and “globalization” has exploded. The general public now has a basic understanding of how the world economy works … against them: companies scour the globe searching for slave wages, which help push down wages in “developed” countries; any regulation that reduces profits — environmental, financial, labor, etc. — is destroyed or ignored.

It is not: it is suicide.” - Ramsay MacDonald, British prime minister 1931-1935 Sergio Kochergin, back home from his second deployment in Iraq, held a gun in his mouth, trying to muster the courage to pull the trigger. Untreated post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and accompanying nightmares and insomnia, heavy substance abuse, and several failed attempts at self-medication had taken their toll on him. He was in an apartment he shared with a friend in Texarkana, Texas, after having spent the past few months with his parents, where he “was drinking too much and causing too much trouble, breaking things, flipping out every day, and cursing at them.” The decision to end his life came in early 2007, from a desperate need for relief and to avoid deployment back to Iraq. Although Kochergin’s contract had expired, it would have taken more than six months for him to be medically discharged from the military, a period during which he was sure to be redeployed. A year later, describing his aborted attempt to me, Kochergin said, “I had a .40-caliber in my mouth for a long time, trying to ?gure out the right thing to do. Should I put an end to this suffering or should I allow it to continue to torment me? Fortunately, I fell asleep and woke up the next morning. My roommate came in and fucking flipped out on me and took the gun away to his parents’ house. I stepped out, and with a deep breath of air I was like, ‘Man, this is way too good to just throw away.’ After that, I decided I had to do something. That’s when it sunk in that there’s no point running away. I must start dealing with it and do something and that kind of pushed me up.” |

- “We still have leadership that’s literally incompetent”
- The government doesn’t see the problem. They are just applying patches
- The risks to the economy that were there before are still there. In fact, the risk to the economy is probably worse now than before. Fewer people employed today with same level of debt. We are just converting private debt into government debt
- Government has a lack of understanding of the disease. The government is treating a guy with lung cancer for a headache. Government hasn’t recognized problem of deleveraging. Structural changes have not been addressed. They’re not working on a cure. Not working to remove tumor
- Obama has rewarded the people who got us there

Putin skirted term limits by getting Medvedev elected president. Then Putin was appointed party leader and prime minister, the real power behind the throne. 9/11 Truth at Bohemian Grove July 11th-12th, 2009

This years elite retreat at Bohemian Grove is fast approaching. Many of the Grove’s guests will be flying into Santa Rosa Airport on the 10th of July, a Friday. They will travel West towards a small town called Monte Rio via highway 116, or River Road to discuss events and policy in private.
In the spirit of past rallies and protests organized by the Bohemian Grove Action Network, 9/11 Truth will maintain a presence at the Grove. July 11th and 12th will be the main days in focus. This is the first weekend of the retreat and they will be performing their Cremation of Care ceremony. I must mention that while the elite are here meeting privately, our focus is what the elite do outside the Grove.
Anyone who is interested in joining is welcome. The issue at hand is corporate control of us individually and as a Government. Stand with us against policy makers that come to the Grove to escape and meet in private.
Yearly guests to the Grove include: David Rockefeller Sr. and Jr., Henry Kissinger, George H.W. Bush, Paul Pelosi, Colin Powell, Walter Cronkite, Kenneth Starr, James Woolsey, Donald Rumsfeld, Riley Bechtel of Bechtel Corp., and so many more. As you can see the people coming to Sonoma County are from the corporate, banking, military and media complexes.
There is camping available for anyone who might want to stay the night in the lovely and rural town of Monte Rio. Please come along and make your statement with us. The elite who come here come will be hearing lectures and seeing theatre that will relate to the “current social climate” as one guest said to me last year. Let’s make sure they know what the social climate is. We must regain the power of the people and ensure that human rights and justice prevail.
