9/11 Widow: The Media Duped Us

September 18, 2010

by Alissa Torres  source: Salon   Sep 18, 2010

The first time I heard about the Park51 Islamic community center was on May 6, 2010, when I received the following e-mail from a New York TV reporter:

“I’m doing story today about the proposed mosque project at the WTC site. I am interviewing the developers but I am also trying to look for family members who think building a mosque at the site is a bad idea.”

“Bad idea” — that was a bit leading, wasn’t it? I always thought journalists were supposed to be objective, and yet, here we were, the “victims of 9/11,” being prodded for our outrage. An hour later, another e-mail arrived, this time from CNN. The language was more measured: “As a family member of someone who was killed in the attacks on 9/11, what do you think about the decision to construct a mosque this close to Ground Zero?”

Donald Trump: 9/11 Sheep

September 4, 2010

Nor Cal Truth     Sep 4, 2010

If I didn’t  follow Cryptogon, I would not have seen this Donald Trump commercial as soon as I had:

And that reminds me of this: 9/11 Imagery in Advertisements

Also,  Donald Trump just visited David Letterman to discuss the Cultural Center (distraction) near Ground Zero.

While looking around I found this optimistic website that encourages Donald Trump to start his own 9/11 Commission with evidence from Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth. Though I doubt it would ever happen, the website recieves an  A for effort:    The Trump Commission

Watch the below videos to see that although Donna mentions “19 criminals”, she has asked and is still asking many questions about 9/11. She has attended and spoken at more than one 9/11 truth event. Read the rest of this entry »

FDNY, NYPD Unions Angry Over 9/11 Images in Anti-Mosque Lazio Ad

Republican Gubernatorial candidate Rick Lazio hasnt been shy about his opposition to the proposed Islamic Center and mosque near Ground Zero. Lazio has been the most vocal of the current slate of candidates in expressing any opinion about the project.

But Lazios latest ad about the proposed mosque and Islamic cultural center is ruffling some feathers with New York’s first responders.

Lazio recently released a two-minute video that is a collage of various opinions from people filmed near Ground Zero. The video also features images taken on September 11, 2001, depicting firefighters running into the debris of the former World Trade Center Towers.

The Uniformed Fire Officers Association and the NYPD’s Sergeants Benevolent Association have sent Lazios letters denouncing the use of the 9/11 footage.

A Response to Sonoma County Supervisor Shirlee Zane: “14 Men in two Airplanes”

August 19, 2010

by Brian Romanoff    Nor Cal Truth    August 19, 2010

Forget World Trade Center #7, Shirlee Zane doesn’t even remember how many hijackers were officially involved on 9/11.

The Press Democrat on Wednesday reported that Sonoma County Supervisor Shirlee Zane commented, and thus thrust herself into the “debate”, of the Mosque near Ground Zero:

In an interview, Zane called the mosque debate a “land-use issue,” and said building the facility where it is being proposed would be insensitive to the surviving friends and family members of those who perished in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

“By all means, build the mosque. It would be wonderful to have a large community center,” Zane said. “But be sensitive to the location. You can build it a little farther away.”

Unfortunately Zane takes two more large steps leaps backwards when she says this:

Zane went on to say that the difference between building a church and a mosque near Ground Zero is that “14 men didn’t get into two airplanes, or however many it was…”

Review: AE911Truth: From the Golden Gate to Ground Zero for the 8th Anniversary of 9/11

October 4, 2009

source: Archtiects and Enginners for 9/11 Truth

From Commonwealth Club, a New Jersey Mosque, Real Change Conference, to We Demand Change Conference

Richard Gage, AIA, founder and CEO of the non-profit Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth (AE911Truth), presented a 40-minute version of the two-hour presentation 9/11: Blueprint for Truth to a sold-out crowd at the prestigious Commonwealth Club of California in San Francisco on Tuesday, September 8th, which was also live-streamed on AE911Truth’s website. This event kicked off a very full week of engagements for the 8th anniversary of 9/11.

John Sutter, a member of the Commonwealth Club and an AE911Truth petition signatory, worked tirelessly behind the scenes to negotiate this strategic and opportune breakthrough. After the event was initially canceled due to its controversy, he worked diligently to restore this event, and after an internal battle at the club, he fortunately prevailed. The standing ovation received after Gage’s presentation confirmed his instincts that the event would be well-received.
