Cass Sunstein, a Harvard Law Professor and Confidant of Obama was appointed to be Obama’s head of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs.
He became infamous within this movement for writing a paper on how to best to combat “Government Conspiracy Theory Groups,” including by covert infiltration, as described by Glen Greenwald.

A summary of news relating to 9/11/01 - For the week of March 22 through March 28, 2010. (Last week is here)
To many the week’s biggest news might have been the documents obtained by the ACLU, detailing many things including the words of John Ashcroft, Donald Rumsfeld, and George Tenent to the 9/11 Commission Chairmen to “not cross” a certain line of investigation. According to the specific document (or page 26 in the original PDF of documents at ACLU) :
There is, however, a line that the Commission should not cross — the line separating the Commission’s proper inquiry into the September 11, 2001 attacks from interference with the Government’s ability to safeguard the national security, including protection of Americans from future terrorist attacks. The Commission staffs proposed participation in questioning of detainees would cross that line.
Of course that is only a small piece of the withholdings by officials regarding 9/11, but many can use this in specific discussions of the whitewash known as the 9/11 Commission Report and its improper investigation to skeptics.
Another tape allegedly from Bin Laden made headlines across the U.S.. However none of the headlines from the mainstream “corp-press” mentioned the fact that Bin Laden has been reported dead by many media outlets:

There was a time when the pen was mightier than the sword. That was a time when people believed in truth and regarded truth as an independent power and not as an auxiliary for government, class, race, ideological, personal, or financial interest.
Today Americans are ruled by propaganda. Americans have little regard for truth, little access to it, and little ability to recognize it.
Truth is an unwelcome entity. It is disturbing. It is off limits. Those who speak it run the risk of being branded “anti-American,” “anti-semite” or “conspiracy theorist.”
Truth is an inconvenience for government and for the interest groups whose campaign contributions control government.

These are cops? Is this a militarized zone, or are they preparing for Halloween?
This was the scene today at the Santa Rosa Junior College as Santa Rosa SWAT converged today to “war game” the scenario of shooter(s) roaming through a local campus.
The police state continues to amplify itself after 9/11, as all security is heightened due to larger “threats.”
Luckily the Junior College was out of school for Spring Break and the students did not get numbed down by the visuals of armed-to-the-teeth-police.
War games can come in the simple form of an excercise. However some are much more complicated and the public knows very little about them.
On 9/11/01 numerous war games were being scripted and run through. Tripod, Vigilant Guardian, and others were all simulated events on 9/11 that were amazingly similar to the real-time events of 9/11. This is how ordinary people are involved in a huge crime or coverup without ever knowing to what extent.

“…I think he’s got a bomb in his bag, I saw wires coming out of there“, says one police officer referring to Luke’s camera bag.
Luke replies, “We’re not terrorists sir, we’re Americans.”
“You’re right, but by the time the Government figures it out, you’ll be int he hole for 30 days“, replies the officer.
That was 2 years ago on camera, imagine what is being cooked up behind the scene’s now that over 1,100 architects and engineers have called for a new 9/11 investigation.
The sarcasism, ridicule, threats and torment continue from New York’s finest. The above video is relevant to this story up until about 5:54.
Luke was recently interviewed by Russia Today about the recent Pentagon shooter and the attempts by the media to link the shooter to 9/11 truth.
I would say yes. But I would also say we aint seen nothin’ yet.

Americans have been losing the protection of law for years. In the 21st century the loss of legal protections accelerated with the Bush administration’s “war on terror,” which continues under the Obama administration and is essentially a war on the Constitution and U.S. civil liberties. The Bush regime was determined to vitiate habeas corpus in order to hold people indefinitely without bringing charges. The regime had acquired hundreds of prisoners by paying a bounty for terrorists. Afghan warlords and thugs responded to the financial incentive by grabbing unprotected people and selling them to the Americans. |

Whistle-blower: Dr Kelly died after casting doubt on Government claims about Saddam’s weapons
source: Daily Mail
Medical records which would shed light on the death of government scientist David Kelly will be kept secret for 70 years, it emerged yesterday.
The unprecedented move has been ordered by Lord Hutton, who chaired the inquiry which controversially concluded that the mysterious death was suicide.
It means vital evidence, including the results of Dr Kelly’s post-mortem examination - which have never been made public - will remain under wraps until 2073, by which time anyone involved in the case will almost certainly be dead.
The body of 59-year- old UN weapons inspector Dr Kelly was found in July 2003 in woods near his Oxfordshire home. Days earlier he had been revealed as the source of a BBC story claiming evidence against Iraq had been ‘sexed up’ to justify invasion.
When President Barack Obama took office last year, he promised to “restore the standards of due process and the core constitutional values that have made this country great.” Toward that end, the president issued an executive order declaring that the extra-constitutional prison camp at Guantánamo “shall be closed as soon as practicable, and no later than one year from the date of this order.” Obama has failed to fulfill his promise. Some prisoners are being charged with crimes, others released, but the date for closing the camp seems to recede steadily into the future. Furthermore, new evidence now emerging may entangle Obama’s young administration with crimes that occurred during the Bush presidency, evidence that suggests the current administration failed to investigate seriously—and may even have continued—a cover-up of the possible homicides of three prisoners at Guantánamo in 2006.
Late in the evening on June 9 that year, three prisoners at Guantánamo died suddenly and violently. Salah Ahmed Al-Salami, from Yemen, was thirty-seven. Mani Shaman Al-Utaybi, from Saudi Arabia, was thirty. Yasser Talal Al-Zahrani, also from Saudi Arabia, was twenty-two, and had been imprisoned at Guantánamo since he was captured at the age of seventeen. None of the men had been charged with a crime, though all three had been engaged in hunger strikes to protest the conditions of their imprisonment. They were being held in a cell block, known as Alpha Block, reserved for particularly troublesome or high-value prisoners.
As news of the deaths emerged the following day, the camp quickly went into lockdown. The authorities ordered nearly all the reporters at Guantánamo to leave and those en route to turn back. The commander at Guantánamo, Rear Admiral Harry Harris, then declared the deaths “suicides.” In an unusual move, he also used the announcement to attack the dead men. “I believe this was not an act of desperation,” he said, “but an act of asymmetrical warfare waged against us.” Reporters accepted the official account, and even lawyers for the prisoners appeared to believe that they had killed themselves. Only the prisoners’ families in Saudi Arabia and Yemen rejected the notion.
In the wake of the Flight 253 provocation, over-hyped terrorism panics, and last year’s Big Pharma and media-engineered hysteria over the H1N1 flu pandemic, President Barack Obama signed Executive Order 13528 on January 11.
Among other things, the Executive Order (EO) established a Council of Governors, an “advisory panel” chosen by the President that will rubber-stamp long-sought-after Pentagon contingency plans to seize control of state National Guard forces in the event of a “national emergency.”
According to the White House press release, the ten member, bipartisan Council was created “to strengthen further the partnership between the Federal Government and State Governments to protect our Nation against all types of hazards.”
“When appointed” the announcement continues, “the Council will be reviewing such matters as involving the National Guard of the various States; homeland defense; civil support; synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities.”
Clearly designed to weaken the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 which bars the use of the military for civilian law enforcement, EO 13528 is the latest in a series of maneuvers by previous administrations to wrest control of armed forces historically under the democratic control of elected state officials, and a modicum of public accountability.

In a 2008 academic paper, President Barack Obama’s appointee to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs advocated “cognitive infiltration” of groups that advocate “conspiracy theories” like the ones surrounding 9/11.
Cass Sunstein, a Harvard law professor, co-wrote an academic article entitled “Conspiracy Theories: Causes and Cures,” in which he argued that the government should stealthily infiltrate groups that pose alternative theories on historical events via “chat rooms, online social networks, or even real-space groups and attempt to undermine” those groups.
As head of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Sunstein is in charge of “overseeing policies relating to privacy, information quality, and statistical programs,” according to the White House Web site.

A group of Arab-American high school students were reprimanded for wearing sweatshirts they made which school administrators said “distastefully” referenced the 9/11 terror attack on the World Trade Center.
Eleven boys from Edsel Ford High School’s graduating class of 2011 in Dearborn, Mich., wore hooded sweatshirts to school Monday depicting the numeral 11 with windows drawn on each digit, so they looked like towers. Alongside the towers is a thunderbird, the school’s mascot, flying towards them. The text below the images read “You can’t bring us down.”
“The whole design gave prominence to the 9/11 tragedy, and of course was very upsetting to staff and students,” said Principal Hassane Jaafar in a statement.
School officials said the boys intended the shirts to be displays of class pride and did not understand that they would be perceived as offensive.
