Newly decoded data provided by an independent researcher and computer programmer from Australia exposes alarming evidence that the reported hijacking aboard American Airlines Flight 77 was impossible to have existed. A data parameter labeled “FLT DECK DOOR”, cross checks with previously decoded data obtained by Pilots For 9/11 Truth from the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) through the Freedom Of Information Act.

Update #2: To be sure, the views portrayed on Jesse Ventura’s recent episode featuring the Pentagon do not reflect the views of the entire 9/11 community. Many researchers are adamant that a large airliner did indeed hit the Pentagon. I would learn as much as you can about both arguments and see what makes most sense for you. I think it is entirely plausible that a large airliner could have hit the Pentagon, though I hold my doubts still: However it is quite possible that one did. Anthony Shaffer so far does not publicly support Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth, which makes me a little skeptical. Not that he just doesn’t support them, that he really thinks the Government was not involved in 9/11 in any way at all…That is a little weird for someone in his position. Maybe he is just staying quiet and sticking to what he knows, which is common in the military; or maybe he is part of a darker hearted program, which is also common in the military. I am not making any claim to know either way on Anthony Shaffer.
An Army Reserve colonel is suing the Pentagon and U.S. intelligence agencies, claiming that they violated his free speech rights by blocking the distribution of his book over concerns it threatened national security.
Lt. Col. Anthony Shaffer’s First Amendment lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C., targets the Defense Department for buying 9,500 copies of his book, “Operation Dark Heart” for $50,000 and destroying them. The lawsuit also names the Defense Intelligence Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency as defendants.
The U.S. government is confirming Anwar al-Awlaki, a radical muslim imam connected to several 9/11 attackers & the Fort Hood shooting, was a guest at the Pentagon months after the 9/11 attacks.
Al-Awlaki, who is now on the C.I.A’s list of terrorists they want captured or killed, was invited as part of a muslim outreach program. Around the same time the American-born Al-Qaeda operative was lunching inside the Pentagon, the FBI was interviewing him about his contact with three 9/11 attackers. Back then, the F.B.I. did not share its information with the Pentagon.
Awlaki who was born in New Mexico, is thought to be hiding in Yemen.
The fighting in Afghanistan this week has resulted in the deaths of Canadian Colonel Geoff Parker, 42, of Oakville, Ontario, and U.S. Colonel John McHugh, 46, of W. Caldwell, New Jersey. It also claimed the lives of Lieutenant Colonels Paul Bartz, 43, of Waterloo, Wis., and Thomas Belkofer, 44, of Perrysburg, Ohio. Other fatalities were Staff Sgt. Richard Tieman, 28, of Waynesboro, Pa., and Specialist Joshua Tomlinson, 24, of Dubberly, La.
The four officers were killed in Kabul, The New York Times reported May 21, when “A suicide bomber in a minibus drove into their convoy (of armored sports utility vehicles), killing the four officers, two other American servicemen and 12 Afghan civilians in a passing bus.” The total number of U.S. service member deaths since the U.S. invaded Afghanistan eight years ago now stands at 1,064. The number of contractors killed in the fighting has been put at around 300. And in 2008 alone it is estimated that nearly 4,000 Afghan civilians perished.
This writer deeply regrets each and every one of those deaths, especially those of the 12 innocent Afghan civilians this week. They likely would all be alive today if President George W. Bush had not chosen to invade a country that never attacked America and which the U.S. oil industry has long coveted for a pipeline route. They would be alive if President Barack Obama had withdrawn U.S. troops. Instead, he has escalated the conflict and increased “defense” spending to a record $708 billion for fiscal 2011—a step which will only make the U.S. military-industrial complex(MIC) more powerful. For those associated with MIC, however, “defense” spending means jobs and prosperity.

We don’t have as active a comment sections as 9/11 Blogger, so I would recommend to scroll through the discussions being held there. What hit, or didn’t hit , the Pentagon continues to be quite the debate within the 9/11 community and essentially, quite the unknown.
Like many others I was impressed with the Citizen Investigation Team (CIT) video “National Security Alert” (NSA) when I saw it for the first time. I thought that the unanimous testimony of the witnesses confirmed the North flight path of American Airlines flight 77, but I could not see how that in any way proved their “flyover theory”. I did not give the “flyover” theory much thought because it seemed to be a minor point. As it turns out, the strong evidence for the north flight path was just the “hook”, and “flyover” was actually their main point.
I started to doubt the validity of NSA when I found out that CIT had misled me into thinking that the witnesses were unanimous in confirming the North flight path. That is not true. There are numerous south flight path witnesses including four that CIT had interviewed. CIT claims that these witness statements are “dubious” and this justifies not mentioning them in the video. CIT not looking for south flight path witnesses and excluding the ones they did find is like NIST not looking for evidence of explosives and excluding the FEMA C report. You can’t find something if you don’t look for it. A real investigative report would give all the evidence and let the viewer decide.

An Algerian pilot who was wrongly held and charged by British authorities as a 9/11 accomplice has won a compensation settlement after almost 9 years. Lotfi Raissi was falsely accused of training some of the 9/11 hijackers how to fly by British authorities 10 days after September 11th, 2001. He was the person charged, and falsely charged for being a 9/11 accomplice. This comes from the Guardian UK:
A judge threw the case out in 2002 and said there was no evidence against him. Since then, Raissi has sought an apology. In 2008, in a judgment that exonerated him, three court of appeal judges condemned the Met and the CPS for abusing the court process, presenting false allegations and not disclosing evidence.
Another judge has been making headlines about 9/11: Judge Hellerstein has said that he may open undisclosed 9/11 settlement amounts because he “does not like secrets.” Speaking about settlement amounts for the 9/11 victims families members, or hush money, the Judge said he may reveal the amounts so other families that have not settled can base their decisions upon something other than what the Government says. Accepting any amount as compensation for 9/11 from the Government comes with a catch; you are not allowed to be a file a lawsuit against anyone involved with 9/11.
If someone tripled the fire insurance on their house and then it was burned to the ground days later, would you be suspicious? A similar comparison can be made to last night’s shooting at the Pentagon, which was preceded by weeks of hype from both the establishment left and right about the inevitability of 9/11 truthers going postal.
The media’s almost instantaneous explanation for the motive behind the shooting that injured two police officers was assailant John Patrick Bedell’s sense of injustice surrounding 9/11 truth.
Quite how Bedell planned to take on the hub of the military-industrial complex on his own with a couple of guns defies logic and renders the claim that Bedell was acting on his political angst ludicrous.
But the most disturbing aspect surrounding yesterday’s incident is the fact that people like Glenn Beck on the establishment right and establishment liberal media outlets like CNN and MSNBC on the left have been aggressively promoting for months the notion that people who express dissent against the government are intent on killing people.
As RAW STORY noted last month after Joseph Andrew Stack crashed his small plane into a building containing a federal tax office, “even five years after Jon Stewart famously told CNN’s dueling Crossfire hosts to ‘stop, stop, stop, stop hurting America,’ some folks can’t stop politicizing tragic events and claiming them for or against their respective sides.”
New details are emerging Friday morning about the suspect in a shooting in a Pentagon subway station, including a resentment toward the military and doubt about the Sept. 11. terror attacks.
In an internet posting linked to John Patrick Bedell, the writer says he was determined to see justice for the 1991 death of a California Marine. His death was ruled a suicide but has long been the source of coverup theories.
Just two days after we warned of false flag domestic attacks that would be blamed on the federal government’s political adversaries were all but inevitable, a Californian man attacked the Pentagon last night in a shooting that wounded two police officers and has since been blamed on the John Patrick Bedell’s advocacy for 9/11 truth.
On Wednesday we explained how a Southern Poverty Law Center report which demonized We Are Change 9/11 truth organizations in the same breath as violent racist skinhead groups was part of a preparatory set-up for violent domestic acts that would be blamed on anti-government extremists.
We pointed out that since examples of Americans committing violence in pursuit of their political beliefs, FBI patsy Timothy McVeigh aside, were thin on the ground, organizations like the SPLC were begging for such incidents to occur in order to provide the federal government with the pretext to crack down on dissent and silence free speech on the Internet.

The following is a February 4, 2010 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) appeal reply from the U.S.Armed Forces Institute of Pathology regarding a request for records that confirm the recovery and identification of terrorists accused of hijacking American Airlines flight 77 and United Airlines flight 93 on September 11, 2001. Such records are reportedly exempt from disclosure under exemption (b)(7)(a) which prohibits disclosure of information which would interfere with an on-going law enforcement investigation and exemption (b)7(c), which also provides protection for law enforcement information the disclosure of which could reasonably be expected to result in an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy of individuals in being associated with criminal activities, including investigators. According to the AFIP, the FBI considers the investigation into the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 as still open.
This letter responds to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) appeal dated October 29,2008. The U.S. Army Medical Command, the Initial Denial Authority (IDA), denied your request to the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology (AFIP) for all records pertaining to the recovery and identification of human remains of those who perished in the September 11, 2001 attacks at the Pentagon and Shanksville, PA.
