Raising the Dead: Navy SEAL Disputes bin Laden Raid

November 11, 2011

“No one knew or could even imagine what was going on inside the building. They didn’t know.” – Former Navy SEAL, Chuck Pfarrar

Brian Romanoff         Nor Cal Truth        Nov 11, 2011

If you did not read it last week, a Navy SEAL has already written a book that contradicts the official account(s) of what happened during the Usama bin Laden raid.

He disagrees that there was a 45-minute fire-fight, saying instead that within 90 seconds bin Laden was killed by the SEALs, among other things. Read more about that here.

In my opinion, the new version of events described by former Navy SEAL Chuck Pfarrer may be considered one of these possibilities:

  • An attempt to create more book sales with controversy
  • Spinning more accounts to what “actually happened” so in the end no one knows and most don’t care
  • Spin by the NAVY and the SEAL teams particularly to improve their image regarding the assassination of UBL

I could be wrong.

However, the following is worth mentioning:

Pfarrer’s story likely does not include important information on topics pointed out on Nor Cal Truth and other websites in the past. Important details to the story of tracking and killing bin Laden. Stories like the CIA’s “bin Laden hunter’ being told stand down almost a dozen times. I imagine Pfarrer’s book also does not account for Sibel Edmonds’, a former FBI translator and current whistleblower, statement that bin Laden”worked for the U.S. until 9/11.”  The new book by Pfarrer probably does not get into the fact that the FBI did not have “hard evidence” to link bin Laden to 9/11, a crime that bin Laden denied his involvement in. I wonder if it gets into the details of the CIA living next to bin Laden in Pakistan…

Dumping bin Laden into the sea was not in tradition of typical Islamic burials as Obama wanted everyone to think. It is also an amazing disposal of evidence regarding 9/11 - do I need to mention that Senators fell for fake photos of a dead bin Laden?

Noam Chomsky: My Reaction to Osama bin Laden’s Death

May 8, 2011

Thus Obama was simply lying when he said, in his White House statement, that “we quickly learned that the 9/11 attacks were carried out by al Qaeda.”

by Noam Chomsky   source: Guernica    May 8, 2011

It’s increasingly clear that the operation was a planned assassination, multiply violating elementary norms of international law. There appears to have been no attempt to apprehend the unarmed victim, as presumably could have been done by 80 commandos facing virtually no opposition—except, they claim, from his wife, who lunged towards them. In societies that profess some respect for law, suspects are apprehended and brought to fair trial. I stress “suspects.” In April 2002, the head of the FBI, Robert Mueller, informed the press that after the most intensive investigation in history, the FBI could say no more than that it “believed” that the plot was hatched in Afghanistan, though implemented in the UAE and Germany. What they only believed in April 2002, they obviously didn’t know 8 months earlier, when Washington dismissed tentative offers by the Taliban (how serious, we do not know, because they were instantly dismissed) to extradite bin Laden if they were presented with evidence—which, as we soon learned, Washington didn’t have. Thus Obama was simply lying when he said, in his White House statement, that “we quickly learned that the 9/11 attacks were carried out by al Qaeda.”

Nothing serious has been provided since. There is much talk of bin Laden’s “confession,” but that is rather like my confession that I won the Boston Marathon. He boasted of what he regarded as a great achievement.

There is also much media discussion of Washington’s anger that Pakistan didn’t turn over bin Laden, though surely elements of the military and security forces were aware of his presence in Abbottabad. Less is said about Pakistani anger that the U.S. invaded their territory to carry out a political assassination. Anti-American fervor is already very high in Pakistan, and these events are likely to exacerbate it. The decision to dump the body at sea is already, predictably, provoking both anger and skepticism in much of the Muslim world.

We might ask ourselves how we would be reacting if Iraqi commandos landed at George W. Bush’s compound, assassinated him, and dumped his body in the Atlantic. Uncontroversially, his crimes vastly exceed bin Laden’s, and he is not a “suspect” but uncontroversially the “decider” who gave the orders to commit the “supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole” (quoting the Nuremberg Tribunal) for which Nazi criminals were hanged: the hundreds of thousands of deaths, millions of refugees, destruction of much of the country, the bitter sectarian conflict that has now spread to the rest of the region.

Did You Know? The Official Story States that Martin Luther King Jr. Was Assassinated by the Government?

January 17, 2011

From the King Center Website:

On December 8, 1999, a jury of twelve citizens of Memphis, Shelby County, TN concluded in Coretta Scott King, Martin Luther King, III, Bernice King, Dexter Scott King and Yolanda King Vs. Loyd Jowers and Other Unknown Conspirators that Loyd Jowers and governmental agencies including the City of Memphis, the State of Tennessee, and the federal government were party to the conspiracy to assassinate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr

I thought this comment on 9/11 Blogger by Danse summed it up well:

Every year our beloved leaders wax eloquent on MLK day. We hear excerpts from the “I have a dream” speech. We are told that a lone nut took his life. We are led to believe that equality for African Americans was his sole interest in life.

Never are we informed about the increasingly radical direction Dr. King charted in his last years. Like Malcolm X he expanded his analysis to US imperialism and class struggle. He described himself as a “democratic socialist” and was in the process of organizing a poor people’s march on Washington when the Feds took him out. He supported the struggle of unions across the country. He decried US militarism.

“In the early 1960s, when King focused his challenge on legalized racial discrimination in the South, most major media were his allies. Network TV and national publications graphically showed the police dogs and bullwhips and cattle prods used against Southern blacks who sought the right to vote or to eat at a public lunch counter.

But after passage of civil rights acts in 1964 and 1965, King began challenging the nation’s fundamental priorities. He maintained that civil rights laws were empty without “human rights” — including economic rights. For people too poor to eat at a restaurant or afford a decent home, King said, anti-discrimination laws were hollow.

Noting that a majority of Americans below the poverty line were white, King developed a class perspective. He decried the huge income gaps between rich and poor, and called for “radical changes in the structure of our society” to redistribute wealth and power.

Here are the closing arguments from that very trial by William Pepper:

We Are Change Los Angeles: Schooling Famed Prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi on JFK, 9/11

April 21, 2010

April 21, 2010

We Are Change L.A. members attended an event  at Saint Bedes Church on 11/23/09 and was able to speak to Vincent Bugliosi. Mr. Bugliosi successfully prosecuted Charles Manson in 1970-71.

Mr. Bugliosi  investigated the assassination of JFK as he said for “20 years” and reached the same conclusion as the Warren Commission (equivalent to the 9/11 Commission fiction novel), that Oswald had acted alone. How is it that he does not know about the Secret service stand-down? The video is provided below for your eyes to see:

Is it possible that Bugliosi does not know about the above scene in which the Secret Service stood down? Read the rest of this entry »

Kissinger Blocked Demarche On International Assassinations To Condor States

April 11, 2010

For those who don’t know, I was born in Santiago, Chile in June of 1981. This was under the Dictatorship of General Pinochet. Pinochet rose to power after a violent coup on September 11, 1973. Salvador Allende was the world’s first democratically elected socialist leader. Allende moved to nationalize many large business’s in Chile including Chile’s main resource via the copper mines. He succeeded and today Chile is one of the wealthier Nations of South America, for better or worse I’ll add.

My Mother, Father and I all came to the United States in 1983, when I was 2 years old, as my Mother was an American with family here. Revisiting my family in Chile was done every 3 years for the most part. Fortunately my family in Chile never lost any family members to the Dictatorship of Pinochet, perhaps due to their lack of political activities.

Fingerprints that you find behind the scenes of 9/11/1973  you also find behind 9/11/2001, Henry Kissinger’s being just some of them. I keep this part of world, and personal history in mind as I struggle for truth and justice relating to the September 11, 2001 attacks. If 9/11/01 is not addressed now, then when? And if not by us , than who? At what cost, and how many innocent lives, how many wars will we have to endure under such obviously false prestenses? I hope that America will one day find its soul again.  - Brian Romanoff (administrator of Nor Cal Truth)

Kissinger meets Gen. Augusto Pinochet, June 8, 1976.

RESCINDED ORDERS TO WARN MILITARY REGIMES DAYS BEFORE LETELIER BOMBING IN WASHINGTON D.C.

Overruled Aides who Wanted to “Head Off” a “Series of International Murders”

Only five days before a car-bomb planted by agents of the Pinochet regime rocked downtown Washington D.C. on September 21, 1976, Secretary of State Henry Kissinger rescinded instructions sent to, but never implemented by, U.S. ambassadors in the Southern Cone to warn military leaders there against orchestrating “a series of international murders,” declassified documents obtained and posted by the National Security Archive revealed today.

The Secretary “has instructed that no further action be taken on this matter,” stated a September 16, 1976, cable sent from Lusaka (where Kissinger was traveling) to his assistant secretary of state for Inter-American affairs, Harry Shlaudeman. The instructions effectively ended efforts by senior State Department officials to deliver a diplomatic demarche, approved by Kissinger only three weeks earlier, to express “our deep concern” over “plans for the assassination of subversives, politicians, and prominent figures both within the national borders of certain Southern Cone countries and abroad.” Aimed at the heads of state of Chile, Argentina and Uruguay, the demarche was never delivered.

UK: Israel Behind Passport Forgery in Dubai Killing

March 23, 2010

March 23, 2010

This is an update on the assasination of Mahmud al-Mabhouh in a Dubai hotel room on January 20. Our past story about it is here, along with video.

Video from the stories below  may be found here from CNN.

From CNN:

London, England (CNN) – There are “compelling reasons” to believe the Israeli government was responsible for forging British passports used in a plot to kill a Hamas leader in the United Arab Emirates earlier this year, British Foreign Secretary David Miliband said Tuesday.

“Such misuse of British passports is intolerable,” Miliband said, adding that the fact that Israel was an ally of the United Kingdom “only adds insult to injury.”

The passports were “copied from genuine British passports” in a “highly sophisticated operation,” indicating a government was behind it, Miliband told the House of Commons.

Fake Passports used in Hamas Leader Killing

February 16, 2010
source: Al Jazeera    Feb 16, 2010

Britain and Ireland have said that the passports used by nine people suspected of the killing of a senior Hamas figure in the United Arab Emirates are believed to be fake.

The nine passport holders are alleged members of an 11-person hit squad which Dubai police have said that they want to question over the murder of Mahmud al-Mabhouh in a Dubai hotel room on January 20.A spokesman for Britain’s foreign office said on Tuesday: “We are aware that the holders of six British passports have been named in this case.

Mysterious Deaths of 9/11 Witnesses

Cover-Up Claims as David Kelly Post Mortem Set to Stay Under Wraps for 70 Years

January 25, 2010

Dr David Kelly

Whistle-blower: Dr Kelly died after casting doubt on Government claims about Saddam’s weapons

source: Daily Mail

Medical records which would shed light on the death of government scientist David Kelly will be kept secret for 70 years, it emerged yesterday.

The unprecedented move has been ordered by Lord Hutton, who chaired the inquiry which controversially concluded that the mysterious death was suicide.

It means vital evidence, including the results of Dr Kelly’s post-mortem examination  -  which have never been made public  -  will remain under wraps until 2073, by which time anyone involved in the case will almost certainly be dead.

The body of 59-year- old UN weapons inspector Dr Kelly was found in July 2003 in woods near his Oxfordshire home. Days earlier he had been revealed as the source of a BBC story claiming evidence against Iraq had been ‘sexed up’ to justify invasion.

MLK Assassinated by US Government: King Family Civil Trial 1999 Decision. Why Didn’t You Know This?

January 19, 2010

by Carl Herman  source: Examiner   Jan 19, 2010

Martin Luther King’s family and his attorney, William F. Pepper, won a civil trial that found US government agencies guilty in the wrongful death of Martin Luther King. The 1999 trial, King Family versus Jowers and Other Unknown Co-Conspirators, is the only trial ever conducted on the assassination of Dr. King. The King family’s attempts for a criminal trial were denied, as suspect James Ray’s recant of what he claimed was a false confession was denied.

King’s family and Mr. Pepper allege that Dr. King’s speech calling upon America to end the Vietnam War, Beyond Vietnam: A time to break silence, and his plan for a 500,000 camp-in for Washington, D.C. in the summer of 1968 were a threat to dominant and fascist political factions within US government.

The King Center, managed by his family, provide the outline and partial transcript to the trial here. Closing statements are here. A transcript of a talk given by Mr. Pepper explaining the trial and his book with detailed documentation, An Act of State, is here (2-page summary here). I also recommend David Ratcliffe’s review of the book, Jim Douglass’ coverage of the trial, reviewing Edward Rynearson’s resources, and watching Mr. Pepper’s talk on the subject below. I also suggest Robert Kennedy’s assassination was also a government-supported assassination to suppress war dissent.

Obama Declares War On Pakistan

December 15, 2009

featured stories Obama Declares War On Pakistan

Obama declared all-out war on Pakistan during his December 1, 2009, West Point speech.

Source: InfoWars

By Webster G. Tarpley

December 14, 2009

Obama’s West Point speech of December 1 represents far more than the obvious brutal escalation in Afghanistan — it is nothing less than a declaration of all-out war by the United States against Pakistan. This is a brand-new war, a much wider war now targeting Pakistan, a country of 160 million people armed with nuclear weapons. In the process, Afghanistan is scheduled to be broken up. This is no longer the Bush Cheney Afghan war we have known in the past. This is something immensely bigger: the attempt to destroy the Pakistani central government in Islamabad and to sink that country into a chaos of civil war, Balkanization, subdivision and general mayhem. The chosen strategy is to massively export the Afghan civil war into Pakistan and beyond, fracturing Pakistan along ethnic lines. It is an oblique war using fourth-generation or guerrilla warfare techniques to assail a country which the United States and its associates in aggression are far too weak to attack directly. In this war, the Taliban are employed as US proxies. This aggression against Pakistan is Obama’s attempt to wage the Great Game against the hub of Central Asia and Eurasia or more generally. Afghanistan Massacre on Eve of Obama’s Surge

December 14, 2009

Source: GlobalResearch

by Bill Van Auken

December 13, 2009

With the first elements of 30,000 additional US troops set to arrive in Afghanistan next week, the massacre of as many as 15 civilians in a US raid has heightened fears that the Obama administration’s so-called surge will spell a dramatic rise in bloodletting.

The killings took place in eastern Laghman province in the early hours of Tuesday morning. Gulzar Sangarwal, the acting head of the provincial council, reported that 13 civilians were killed in the raid on the village of Armul, including one woman. Local villagers reported 15 killed, including children. Reuters news agency said its correspondent had seen the bodies of a woman and 12 men, several of them teenagers.

Local authorities have blamed the killings on US Special Forces troops.

The deaths triggered an angry protest that ended in still more killings. According to Reuters, some 5,000 villagers marched on the provincial capital of Mehtar Lam chanting slogans denouncing the US occupation, the puppet government of President Hamid Karzai and the provincial authorities. The crowd shouted “Death to America, Death to Obama and Death to Karzai” as they marched through the town. Read the rest of this entry »
