The airwaves are filled with blame for Republicans for not passing the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Bill, yet that is the short-sighted view of a very long and unnecessarily drawn out issue. Blame is across the board for the last 9 years of delays.
The main players in releasing the Pentagon Papers were Daniel Ellsberg and Senator Mike Gravel.
Ellsberg is, of course, the former military analyst and famed whistleblower who smuggled the Pentagon Papers out of the Rand Corporation.
Senator Gravel is the person who read the Pentagon Papers into the Congressional Record. This act made the papers public record, so that they could not be censored by the government.
Ellsberg and Gravel are receiving a lot of media attention right now for their support of Wikileaks.
But little attention has been paid to Ellsberg and Gravel’s support for a new 9/11 investigation.
In this video: A man clearly states he witnessed the building come straight down as a result of bombs/explosions/flashes popping BELOW the impact zone. A so-called expert tried telling him he didn’t see or hear any such things.
I will provide more updates on this event in the near future; I was with this group for the day today fighting tyranny in our backyards. Have you see the last video produced by NorCalTruth featuring local residents blocking SmartMeter installations?
Demonstrators protesting continued installation of PG&E SmartMeters around Northern California closed down a company service and payment center in Santa Rosa on Thursday after blocking the entrance.
Police said the demonstration on Stony Circle was generally peaceful, and PG&E opted to close the customer service office for the day rather than seek arrests, spokesman Paul Moreno said.
A leader of opponents to the wireless transmission meters, meanwhile, said some of the protesters were ready to go to jail if necessary to make the point that PG&E and the California Public Utilities Commission have an obligation to fulfill demand for more thorough studies into health concerns related to radio frequency emissions from the meters.
The first American fighter jet to respond to the attack on the World Trade Center on Sept. 11, 2001, has been given to the Pacific Coast Air Museum in Santa Rosa, where it will be the centerpiece of the West Coast’s first major exhibition about the attacks.
The U.S. Air ForceF-15 Eagle, which was retired in 2006, was awarded to the nonprofit museum by the National Museum of the United States Air Force.
It was one of two F-15 aircraft that responded to the attack on the twin towers in New York, arriving just after the second hijacked airliner hit.
In this in depth interview with tireless 9/11 Truth campaigner Bob McIlvaine, we look at 9/11 in its historical context. We also hear about Bob’s detailed research into what happened to his son Bobby on 9/11 and the evidence that an explosion other than from the planes killed his son.
As a long term 9/11 truth researcher, a former history teacher and someone who has worked in mental health, Bob has a unique perspective on society and its drives. In this interview Bob gives us an insight into how he sees the world and its workings and why 9/11 truth should be seen as possibly the best chance we have at bringing peace to our world. Bob believes that we may have already been successful at preventing other wars with our exposure of the 9/11 fraud; I totally agree.
I would like to report the woman in the video as VERY suspicious…and the TSA agents too.
The Department of Homeland Security was brought to us by 9/11; they’re here to keep the fear.
All jokes aside this is getting pretty serious: DHS messages in malls and stores, TSA dehumanization of travelers, censorship on the web via (real or false flag) Wikileaks events, and cameras in all our neighborhoods…
Shoppers at Walmart will soon have something other than glossy magazines and chewing gum to look at when in the checkout line: A “video message” from the Department of Homeland Security asking them to look out for “suspicious” activity and report it immediately.
It’s part of a new Department of Homeland Security program that could see Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano’s face on video screens in malls, retail outlets and hotels across the United States.
The Walmart video, which will soon be launched at 230 locations nationwide and may eventually be expanded to nearly 600 locations in 27 states, features Napolitano thanking the retailer by name for participating in the program.
Napolitano then says: “If you see something suspicious in the parking lot or in the store, say something immediately. Report suspicious activity to your local police or sheriff. If you need help, ask a Walmart manager for assistance.”
The video, which doesn’t appear to offer any advice on what constitutes “suspicious” activity, is part of DHS’ “If You See Something, Say Something” program. It was launched originally in the New York City public transit system and, according to the DHS, is about to go nationwide.
The Wiki-leaks documents need to be considered in a broader context. By all means, alternative news sites should continue to expose American, British and any another government inequity that the documents reveal. But where is the criticism of the rest of the documents that confirm the standard Israeli/American narrative – that Iran poses ‘an existentialist threat’ to Israel and to ‘moderate’ Arab states?
Does anyone care that these documents clearly support US and Israeli war-mongering? Does anyone else find that to be astonishing? Where is the critical thought?
The problem is that, when the dust has settled (as it soon will) over all-too-familiar US government attempts to spy on UN officials and the pusillanimity of the British government assuring the Americans that their Iraq invasion inquiry would have a pro-US bias, we will be left with some core details which, far from being refuted or covered up, are being accepted as fact. Details such as:
Iran is the greatest threat to peace in the Middle East. This is a blatant lie as every alternative, anti-war analyst who has studied the facts has declared vociferously for years now. And suddenly, with a widely publicized leak, the mainstream media wants to try and shove it down our throats again? Because it is a “leak” and Assange is being “hunted down” like Osama bin Under-the-bed? What kind of truth has ever gotten this kind of press in all the years since the Fascist take-over by the unelected G.W. Bush?
We are very pleased and excited to announce the launch of a new fundraising drive for the next round of BuildingWhat? TV ads. Before going into the details of Round 2, here is a brief recap of what has happened to bring us to this point:Thanks to the generosity of thousands of supporters across the globe, the BuildingWhat? TV ad campaign was able to raise $100,000 and reach a remarkable 1 million viewers in the New York Metropolitan Area during the month of November, most of them seeing footage of World Trade Center Building 7’s destruction for the first time ever.
The campaign also received the media attention it deserved in the form of an appearance on FOX News’ Geraldo At Large in front of a national audience of 1 millon more viewers. After that momentous breakthrough, Geraldo and FOX News’ Andrew Napolitano affirmed their skepticism of the official explanation for Building 7’s destruction, resulting in a flurry of responses from other media outlets including CNN, MSNBC and the Huffington Post.
With the media’s coverage of Building 7 poised to go in one of two directions—subsiding into nothingness or exploding into a bona fide discussion about the government’s bogus explanation for Building 7’s destruction—it is now time for us to dig deep and take the BuildingWhat? campaign to the next level.
Building What? Round 2
This time around, we are setting a fundraising goal of $200,000 that we hope to reach by January 1, 2011. The TV ad campaign for Round 2, set to launch in New York City in mid to late January, will be much larger than Round 1, and it will go hand-in-hand with an online viral campaign, a print ad campaign, and a PR effort coordinated by top professionals in the industry who are capable of landing BuildingWhat? more priceless media coverage.
Update 12/5/10: I have searched for a Mark Walsh that worked for FOX and have found nothing. There are many Mark Walshs out there but none so far have been confirmed via photo or other means as the Mark Walsh in this video. People have been looking for other variations to the name as well – such as Marc Walsh or Marcus/ Markus, also I looked for Welsh…still nothing….I will update this again.
Known throughout the 9/11 Truth Movement as “Harley Guy”, here is the entire interview from FOX News who identifies the man as Mark Walsh, a Fox freelancer. He describes what would eventually become the official story of how the World Trade Center collapsed. This interview occured roughly around 11:55 the morning of 9/11, only an hour and a half after both towers had collapsed.
It’s rare that two media watchdogs – one on the left and one on the right – ever agree when it comes to assessing coverage on the cable news outlets.
But both the conservative Newsbusters and liberal Media Matters are aiming fire at Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera and Judge Andrew Napolitano for recently suggesting the third building to fall on September 11, 2001 – 7 World Trade Center- may have collapsed for reasons beside the widely held belief that fire from the two World Trade Center towers nearby was the ultimate cause.
In a segment that aired on his program more than two weeks ago, Rivera reported on those who claim the building’s collapse was more consistent with that which would occur from explosive devices.
“I’m certainly much more open-minded about it than I was,” Rivera said of the alternate possibility for the building’s fall.
Responding to a series of hit pieces by self-declared “media watchdog” website Media Matters, a public advocacy group representing 9/11 family members has demanded an apology.
NYCCAN, the group responsible for airing ads urging an investigation into the destruction of World Trade Center Building 7, has issued a statement applauding FOX News hosts Andrew Napolitano and Geraldo Rivera for their fair treatment of the subject and rebuking Media Matters and The Huffington Post for their biased coverage.
An excerpt from the statement:
On November 29, Media Matters published an article entitled, “9/11 Victim Families Criticize Judge Napolitano Comments,” in which four 9/11 family members were quoted as attacking Judge Napolitano, without a single mention of the more than one-hundred 9/11 family members from NYC CAN who share Napolitano’s skepticism. One family member quoted in the article went as far as to say, “Anybody who talks about that is obviously not a family member and just trying to stir the pot and cause controversy.”
