With all the news on Hellerstein standing up for the 9/11 first responders - I thought he might be a good guy….well, I learned something that others may already know real fast tonight .
A federal judge on Thursday refused to force the public release of CIA methods relating to Sept. 11 detainees who were interrogated harshly, saying the judiciary’s authority is limited when national security is at stake.
U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein rejected arguments by the American Civil Liberties Union that it should be able to force the CIA to release names and documents related to the detainees if the methods used by the agency were illegal.
He said to do so would “confer an unwarranted competence to the district court to evaluate national intelligence decisions.”
The judge said releasing the documents requested by the ACLU would provide operational details about the application of various interrogation techniques in various circumstances for a particular detainee.
“The difference between the information officially released and the CIA operational records here is different in quality, degree, and kind,” Hellerstein said.
He cited an earlier court case that he said was consistent with his findings. In that case, the Supreme Court let the government withhold identifying information of scientists who worked on a covert CIA program researching the use of chemical, biological and radiological materials to control human behavior. The program led to the death of some human test subjects.
The emergency rescue workers who responded to the terror attacks and collapse of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, were exposed to a dense cloud of pulverized building materials and products of the combustion. Many of the first responders were rescue workers from the Fire Department of New York (FDNY) and the emergency medical service (EMS). For most of these workers (10,870 from FDNY and 1911 EMS workers), records of routine lung function tests that predated 9/11 were available. Therefore, it was possible to accurately determine the acute effects of the exposure that occurred after the attack.[1]
In this article from Aldrich and colleagues, the long-term results of the workers’ exposures are detailed. For firefighters, the mean decline in lung function (FEV1) was 439 mL in the first year after exposure, most of which occurred in the first 6 months; for EMS workers, the corresponding loss was 267 mL. The losses were greater among workers who were at the scene on the first day and among those who accumulated more weeks and months working at the site after the event. Loss of lung function did not differ significantly between smokers and nonsmokers. Over the following 6 years, essentially none of the acutely lost lung function was recovered, and losses between 1 and 6 years after 9/11 occurred at about the same rate as in normal individuals.

The Gulf oil spill, the flotilla raid and 9/11 all were deemed to be worthy of having the news orchestrated to the sheeple, yet the internet has undermined this.
Who is behind the news orchestration, and the percieved need to kill the internet?
The video above is from this weekends CBS airing of Face The Nation with Bob Schieffer.
Eric Holder cites ”funding” as a hold up and concern in the reasoning for the delays in the 9/11 suspect trials.
There is however, no concern expressed for funding and continuing the War of Terror in the Middle East, nor any other military operation around the GLOBE that procures land or development rights for Congress’ constituent’s sponsers.
The simple, hard fact is that anyone held at Guantanamo did not ever have the ability to do this:
Below we have a letter written by the ACLU, I found it on the Common Dreams website:
Wait a minute……What happened to only 100 Al Qaeda members in the region? Was the 50-100 years of war prediction by John McCain on the Presidential campaign trail accurate? Stop paying your taxes yesterday people!
The United States may still be in the Afghanistan and Iraq region for another ten years, according to Gen. George Casey.
“The types of conflict that we are fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, and I think are likely to be fighting here for a decade or so, are focused on the people,” Casey, the army’s Chief of Staff, said Friday night at the Aspen Institute’s Ideas Festival.
“We are not going to succeed in either place by military means alone. You are only going to succeed when the people perceive there is a government represented by their interests, when there is an economy that can give them a job to support their families, when there are educational systems that can educate their family. All those things are essential to the long term success of the military operation.” Read the rest of this entry »
As I previously pointed out, the Gulf oil spill is very similar to 9/11, because – in both cases – the responders helping with rescue and clean up were getting sick … but were told they don’t need any safety gear. And see this.
In addition, the government is keeping scientists away from “ground zero” of the oil spill and – for that reason – scientists cannot accurately measure the size of the oil spill.
The government is complicit in all of these cover-ups. Indeed, the Obama administration has made it a felony to get near enough to oiled wildlife and beaches to film them.
Earlier this year 9/11 blogger, along with other websites, ran the story of a Freedom of Information Act request that ended up releasing 3,160 electronic records relating to the World Trade Center collapse investigation. It was a small story as there seemed to be very little information on who requested the FOIA, nor had people sifted through the entire release yet.
Here we have footage that was documented by William Cirone on 9/11. They were uploaded as many different 10 – 30 second clips by this YouTube user. About a month ago another YouTube user wove all the footage together into a cohesive clip, which is provided for you below.
There is new footage of World Trade Center #5, #6 and #7. However as one person noted on a forum comment, there are no south side shots of Building #7 even though it appears as if the camera would have been able to, and was about to, film it. The question is, “are there more electronic files that need releasing?”
According to several left-leaning critics of the 9/11 Truth Movement, some of its central claims, especially about the destruction of the World Trade Center, show its members to be scientifically challenged. In the opinion of some of these critics, moreover, claims made by members of this movement are sometimes unscientific in the strongest possible sense, implying an acceptance of magic and miracles.
After documenting this charge in Part I of this essay, I show in Part II that the exact opposite is the case: that the official account of the destruction of the World Trade Center implies miracles (I give nine examples), and that the 9/11 Truth Movement, in developing an alternative hypothesis, has done so in line with the assumption that the laws of nature did not take a holiday on 9/11. In Part III, I ask these left-leaning critics some questions evoked by the fact that it is they, not members of the 9/11 Truth Movement, who have endorsed a conspiracy theory replete with miracle stories as well as other absurdities.
I The Charge that 9/11 Truth Theories Rest on Unscientific, Even Magical, Beliefs
Several left-leaning critics of the 9/11 Truth Movement, besides showing contempt for its members, charge them with relying on claims that are contradicted by good science and, in some cases, reflect a belief in magic. By “magic,” they mean miracles, understood as violations of basic principles of the physical sciences.

In an order issued on June 17, 2010, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada rejected a plaintiff request for a waiver of search and reproduction fees for FBI records pertaining to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Such fees are often significant and can inhibit release of requested records. Now pending before the court is the FBI claim that FBI 9/11 records are exempt from public disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act. Requested records include those that may settle public questions regarding the crash scenes of American Airlines flight 77, United Airlines flight 93 and releated passenger phone calls first described as cellular and later as placed from aircraft seatback phones.
ORDER
Presently before the court is plaintiff Aidan Monaghan’s (hereinafter “Monaghan”) motion for summary judgment as to fee waiver. (Doc. #19). Defendants filed an opposition (doc. #22), and plaintiff filed a reply (doc. #24).
Also before the court is defendant’s motion to strike exhibit 1 to plaintiff’s reply brief, (doc. #25) to which plaintiff filed an opposition. (Doc. # 26).
In 2008 a group of 9/11 activists maintained a presence outside of the main gates of the Bohemian Grove as it was in full swing. During their actions they received a guest list and a map of the Bohemian Grove for 2008 from an anonymous source. This was the first list leaked in a few years and it made alternative news headlines. The map and guest list were never put online as downloadable or viewable pieces…..until now. The guest list will be up in a couple of days. The 2010 Bohemian grove is almost here.
The original map is quite large, so there are 9 sections to save and print for your records if desired. 3 across and 3 down make the 9-square picture complete. The first picture just below is the Top Left, the 2nd picture is the Top Middle, and the 3rd picture is the Top Right. I am sure you will figure it out…
There is ample evidence, from both witnesses and recordings, of explosions associated with the destruction of World Trade Center Building 7 (WTC 7). NIST sidestepped investigating explosions and explosives by setting up an artificially high threshold of interest. They swept aside any testimony or recordings of explosions that would not register 130-140 dB one kilometer away. They established this criterion using RDX (one of the loudest explosives) in a scenario that produced a far higher sound level than other possible uses of explosives to bring down the building. Then they turned around and used sound level as the sole criterion for deciding whether the use of explosives was a credible hypothesis. By this maneuver, they sidestepped investigating the testimony of explosives or possible evidence of explosive residues. This is just one more instance of fraudulent behavior on the part of the NIST investigation of the World Trade Center disaster.
