related update: A 9/11 Victim Is Identified by DNA in 2011

Another search for human remains from the 9/11 attacks has yielded more evidence of an explosive death, coupled with a lack of forensic integrity.
CBS reported this story today:
New York City officials say a renewed search this year of debris in and around the World Trade Center site has recovered 72 human remains.
The sifting of more than 800 cubic yards of debris recovered from ground zero and underneath roads around the lower Manhattan site began in April and ended Friday.
The greatest number of remains – 37 – were found from material underneath West Street, a highway on the west side of ground zero. The new debris was uncovered as construction work made new parts of the site accessible.
This is not the first time 9/11 human remains have been found in the streets of New York years after the fact. In 2006 CBS reported this:
Construction workers near the World Trade Center discovered 74 more bone fragments on a damaged skyscraper slated to be torn down later this year, officials said Thursday
Most of the bone fragments discovered over the weekend were found mixed with gravel that had been raked to the sides of the roof of the former Deutsche Bank building, which suffered extensive damage when the twin towers collapsed on Sept. 11, 2001.
Earlier this year, workers in the building found four additional human body parts, and they found 10 additional bone fragments on the roof last fall. In the most recent discovery, workers retrieved 82 samples, 74 of which proved to be human remains that will undergo DNA testing, Borakove said.
While some body parts were found on the roof of the Deutsche Bank building, others were found in a manhole the same year:

It is a sad thing for the family members to not have closure, but to know that your son or daughter is laying in the streets of New York because of an improper forensic investigation is disgusting. Christopher Mozzillo, another family member of a 9/11 victim had this to say about today’s news:
“I hope they find everything that is out there, and I hope none of it is my son,” Mozillo said. “I hate to see he was lying around in a sewer or one of those Con Edison boxes for eight and a half years.”
Even after almost 9 years, there are still NO remains for 1,123 of the victims who died at Ground Zero.
Many of the 20,000 body parts found so far are from the same people - as mentioned in the same story as the above quote:
During the operations, some families have been notified several times when the remains of a loved one have been identified. It got to the point that the ME issued forms to the families asking if they wanted to be notified any more.
“I know some families that have received calls five to seven times that their son or daughter has been identified,” said Dennis McKeon, executive director of the Great Kills-based Where To Turn.
A slide from the architects and engineers for 9/11 truth presentation presents these interesting statistics:
- 200 bone fragments belonged to one person
- 6,000 pieces were small enough o fit into a test tube
- and less than 300 of 2,749 WTC victims were found “intact” (the slide says 300, but many other sources say less)
Horrible facts like these point to an explosive death: One that was charged with enough energy in order to create the force necessary to dislodge someone from their own body 200 times.
The improper clean-up of Ground Zero and the haste to re-open Wall St. is further disregard for our health and integrity after 9/11 by high officials in Government.

I’d like to know where exactly St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church is on that map, the only Christian Church to be destroyed on 9/11.
I just came across this site and had to add my two cents. I was a NYC fire fighter on 9/11. My job that day was to take several men into the hotel at 90 West St which was several hundred feet south of WTC 2 and two buildings away. While my men set up a hose line and extinguised a fire that was burning on some scaffolding, I walked up to the roof which was 36 stories high. When I walked out onto the roof I tripped over what looked like a white ball sticking up out of the gravel on the roof. Upon closer examination I realized that it was a hip bone of some poor soul. And when I took a good look all around the roof you could see dozens of body parts. One really made an impression, it was a foot with a black sock on it and next to it was an arm rest from an airplane. And to all of you who think that it was some kind of conspiracy, well you are all idiots.

I worked down at the WTC site for Verizon 12 hrs a day, 7 days a week from 9/13/2001 – 9/13/2002. I was in charge of a crew of 25 men who would wait for a section to be dug up so that our manholes would be accessible. When we could get into a manhole we would go down & do our repairs on the cables that were salvageable, we also ran temporary cables along the sidewalks to get telecommunications to the NYSE and various other buildings and I will never get the images of the body parts that I found out of my head for as long as I live. But just knowing that they were part of someone’s loved one always gave me & my crew a crazy sense of accomplishment. If you were not down there then you should not be making comments on these type websites. Brian, good job keeping up with this site, it’s people like you who make that saying “NEVER FORGET” true.Some people just need to be reminded because as time goes on most people do forget unless they either lost a loved one or actually worked down at Ground Zero (it’s just human nature)…so keep up the good work Brian!!!!
Nick, I personally want to thank you for doing a job I know I could not have done myself. I can’t imagine what you had to see and endure. It is not that I don’t think all of this happened, it did and it will be forever heavy on our hearts. Do I think there was some conspiracy going on here, yes I do and shame on the people that did this and had a hand in the merciless killings. Some things just do not add up. Explain to me how these buildings came down as they did? They came down just like there were detonators set! Why would they implode? Straight down, why doesn’t anyone find this odd. Linda, it is a basic fact of gravity and weakened steel supports that couldn’t hold the extremely heavy weight of the concrete floors. NOT just the floors that were weakened at first, but the floors on top of them,,,up to the roof, add weight all the time! Once one floor gave way, it would go as gravity wants it go; DOWN and as straight as it can. Each below floor would get a huge crushing blow, (bang), which would then have all the weight of all the floors above adding to the next floor and the next floor,,,,quickly, one after another, with each crashing blow on each floor bringing more and more force energy, due to the adding up of floors going straight down. Have that happen in just ten seconds, and yes, that’s exactly how it would go, DOWNWARD and as straight as possible. No time to shift one way or another much. Gravity pulls everything down toward the center of the earth, and is why I feel heavier today than last year,,,And I feel going right down to my feet! Where else would it go?

The whole thing was just awful and I only saw it on tv. So god knows how the people that lived it felt. So so sad. But looking now, the memorial is something to be proud of and I’m sure all the people who lost their lives are smiling down at it. Hang in there people xx
