Thank you for keeping Building What?! going full blast. Our numbers are high and the simplicity of our message is opening eyes. Think about it this way: two weeks from today the entire New York City Council and all of their staff will know that 1,100+ architects and engineers are calling for a new investigation into the collapse of World Trade Center Building 7. Almost all of them will have seen footage of WTC 7, and a vast majority, those capable of being honest with themselves, will know that office fires did not bring it down. That in itself is a remarkable accomplishment, but more importantly, we are creating the kind of awareness that leads to unforeseeable and uncontrollable developments.

As I detailed previously, both the Joint Intelligence Committee and 9/11 Commission investigations into 9/11 had government “minders” intimidating witnesses into not saying anything the government didn’t like.
You may assume that the issue of “minders” is overblown, and is not really that important.
The panel [i.e. the 9/11 Commission] also said the failure of the Bush administration to allow officials to be interviewed without the presence of government colleagues could impede its investigation, with the commission’s chairman suggesting today that the situation amounted to “intimidation” of the witnesses.

[9/11 Commission co-chairs] Mr. Kean and Mr. Hamilton suggested that the Justice Department was behind a directive barring intelligence officials from being interviewed by the panel without the presence of agency colleagues.
The nearly 60,000 rescue and recovery workers and community members whose health is at serious risk from their exposure to the contaminated and toxic rubble at the 2001 Ground Zero World Trade Center attacks are a step closer to receiving long-term medical care.
Yesterday the House Energy and Commerce Committee’s Health subcommittee approved by an overwhelming and bipartisan 25-8 vote the 9/11 Health and Compensation Act (H.R. 847). The bill would establish a medical monitoring and treatment program for the Sept. 11 first responders and the community members at the site of the attacks.
Rep. Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y) one of the bill’s chief sponsors, along with Rep. Carolyn Maloney (D-N.Y), says that while progress has been “painfully slow,” today we are one important step closer to providing the brave responders and survivors of 9/11’s toxic aftermath the health care and compensation they need and deserve.
The Ground Zero rubble piles were a toxic mix of chemicals, jet fuel, asbestos, lead, glass fragments and other debris. The rescue workers who worked night and day to pull survivors and bodies from the rubble. those who spent months removing the debris as well as community residents, all were exposed and are now suffering the health consequences. Says Maloney:

So far, we have contacted 15 of the 51 members of the New York City Council. When we are done with all 51 council members, there will be a big elephant in the room at City Hall. NYC CAN is in the process of meeting with individual council members, educating them in-depth and urging them not to let the elephant go ignored. Don’t expect immediate results, but do expect the seeds we are all are planting together to bloom as public opinion continues to shift in our favor.

In what should be headlines for major news outlets, a letter revealed that Donald Rumsfeld, John Ashcroft, and George Tenet wrote a letter to the 9/11 Chairman and Vice Chairman denying them access to detainee’s, and telling them to not cross that line. The letter was one of many different pages in a group of documents recently revealed by the ACLU. In the letter the Chair and Vice Chair of the 9/11 commission are told that their request to talk to detainees would “cross a line” between “national security” and “proper inquiry.” Out of over 100 detainee, the Commission was hoping to talk to only 7. However George Tenet would not even reveal the location of the alleged suspects. Those documents can be found here.
In other news relating to 9/11, a major legal settlement for the sick Ground Zero first responders was rejected by the presiding judge. “In my judgment, this settlement is not enough,” said U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein. Although many had been reporting that the settlement would likely pass, few expected the judge to shut it down. Although the plaintiffs lawyers were not as happy as the plaintiffs themselves, lets hope this is a move towards proper acknowledgement. The workers only had 90 days to review the settlement and 95% had to agree. Over a third of the settlement would have gone to legal fees, a.k.a the lawyers.
For many who have looked into the events of 9/11, it seems that the man we know as Usama Bin Laden, will never be caught. The reasons for that may differ, but the concept the same. He is the boogeyman. The recyclable enemy, and his little offspring; Al Qaeda. Recently that notion was backed up with statements made by Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder.
“Let’s deal with reality,” Holder said. “The reality is that we will be reading Miranda rights to the corpse of Osama bin Laden. He will never appear in an American courtroom.”
“The possibility of catching him alive is infinitesimal. He will be killed by us or he will be killed by his own people so he can’t be captured by us.”

Discussion to Paper (3 February, 2009 – final 3 June, 2009)
I have read subject article by Bazant, Le, Greening and Benson (BLGB) with great interest and would like to make the following observations:
There is no need to describe the destruction of WTC1 using differential equations. Simple math + observations of videos prove the BLGB model and paper wrong.
BLGB suggests that upper part C (of WTC1) drops on the lower structure of WTC1 – part A – that is one-way crushed in 97 steps until ground.
Fig. 1 – The Bazant & Co crush-down theory applied to a structure consisting of five assemblies of structural elements – one upper part C and four lower parts A; All parts consists 95% of air. Each part has height h. Thus total structure has height 5 h.
We got together to put stickers on 1200+ DVDs, stamp the sleeves with the WeAreChangeLA contact info, and stuff the DVDs into the sleeves. We also laid out all of our banners and gave them a good cleaning. This is all in preparation for our participation in the anti-war march here in Los Angeles. Can’t wait!
By doing this out in the open at a popular park, we created a visibility action for passersby to learn about 9-11 Truth. Everyone brought flyers and displays for this fun outreach.

Oh Goodness: I am not trying to stir any pots here, but I did find this to be a reasonable article. The historical reference to the U.S.S. Liberty, and it being attacked by Israel while blamed on Egypt, is key.If you make it through the first group of paragraphs you will kn0w what I mean ….
They say when you are in the military, that you are expendable; flat out government property. For Uncle Sam’s sake you will do what you’re told and if that includes dying, well… then you have to die.
This flies for many patriots and maybe it should, but not if you come to learn that you aren’t even fighting your own war. What? That’s right, the war in Iraq, starting with the destruction of the World Trade Towers, the inexplicable collapse of Tower Seven, the Pentagon and Shanksville incident, have Israel’s not so well hidden signature scrawled all over them[1].
This kind of thing has been going on for some time, and at one point it almost launched a Third World War.

The above mentioned is an important post to read because as CNN reports today:
A Chicago man charged in two international terror plots, including the 2008 attacks in Mumbai, India, pleaded guilty Thursday to a dozen counts against him and now will not face a trial.
That man in Chicago is David Headley.
Once you have read that post from December 23, 2009 this following statement from the same CNN story will make a whole lot more sense:
He could have faced the death penalty if convicted, but in exchange for his guilty plea and cooperation, the government has taken execution off the table.
However, he will not be sentenced until after the conclusion of his cooperation, the Justice Department said. According to sentencing guidelines included in the plea agreement released Thursday, Headley is expected to serve a life sentence in prison.
The agreement says he will not be extradited to India, Denmark or Pakistan, where authorities say Headley trained for the Mumbai attacks.
